Bookings / Reservations

We only accept online bookings for the next day or later and reservations are always processed in Prima Transfers Local Time.
Once you have made a booking, you will receive an autoresponse from the online booking system.This is not a confirmation. We only consider a booking as accepted until we confirm via email or phone. If you do not hear from us after 6 hours, please inform us in case we missed your booking. In this case, we would kindly ask to please book again.

For last minute Prima Transfers bookings please contact us directly. Please note that we cannot guarantee your request will be fulfilled and an urgent service tax may be applied to your final price.

In case we need to prove you are the person who made the online booking we will ask you for the booking voucher or respective Prima Transfers ID issued after completion of booking.

In the event of booking your transfers by telephone, your reservation is also subject to, and the client must accept, the terms and conditions described on this page.

If your Prima transfer includes two or more passengers, the person purchasing the reservation shall be deemed to do so on the basis that he / she acts as an agent for both or all members of the party and accepts the service conditions on behalf of each member of the party.

Payments


Payments must always be settled prior to the vehicle’s departure.

You can pay directly to the driver on the transport day or you can pre-pay your Prima transfer online using our secure online payment system.

Payments to the driver must be in cash and Euros or RON only.
An additional surcharge of 50% on the prices listed on Prima Transfers' website on the following dates: 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December, 1st January and Easter for Airport Transfers and an additional surcharge of 25% on the price listed for Intercity Transfers.
Online payments refund policy: if you cancel your Prima Transfers booking you will be refunded within a week for the total amount paid.

Booking Amendments and Cancellations

To cancel your transfer use the cancellation link in the booking voucher that was sent to your email address and follow the instructions from there.

The automatic cancellation method previously described is only allowed until one day before the service - Prima Transfers local time. To cancel a transfer on the service day we would appreciate you notify us by direct email or phone call.

To make amendments to your transfer details you must first cancel your previous reservation and then submit another booking from the website with the correct information.

Insurance and Guarantees

Our company is fully insured, having all the insurance requested by the Romanian law trough the international insurance company Groupama.

Passengers and their luggage are fully insured during the transportation.

If for any reason within our control we fail to deliver the passengers to their confirmed destination, we will provide a suitable replace transportation, such as another coach, train, private car or taxi.

Any reimbursement for the costs of an alternative transportation to get to the ticketed destination shall be no more than the cost of getting to that destination by Romanian normal public taxi.

We are not responsible for delays before or during the Bucharest Airports transfer caused by external reasons such abnormal weather or traffic conditions.

We reserve ourselves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and / or whose behaviour is considered inappropriate by the driver.

Smoking and alcoholic drinks are not permitted in our vehicles.

We are not responsible for delays before or during the  transfer caused by external reasons such abnormal weather or traffic conditions
